Pomegranate

Pomegranate: a delicious and healthiest fruit we can eat. it is  mainly used for Juice, smoothies, baking and cooking.Pomegranates are making a big splash in nutrition research. According to the laboratory research pomegranate is useful in reducing heart disease risk factor.For hypertensive patients the use of pomegranate juice for two weeks reduces the blood pressure. It is also very helpful for viral infections. Maternal consumption of pomegranate juice protects the neonatal brain from damage after injury.
